Terms and Conditions

It is an agreement between Web Decodes Technology. and you. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allows you to use it in certain ways.
You may a

Payment/Refund/Cancellation

  1. In case of cheque payment, we are unable to start the order processing until cheque is not clear by bank.
  2. We start order processing after 50% amount paid by customer in case of amount paid by customer in case of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services.
  3. All payments are non-refundable, no any Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services will back if once sold.
  4. In case of dues payment, no any services or support will be provided by company. Company has right to stop all services & training and withdrawal of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services & cancel license.
  5. If payment is not clear on time then we will be unable to provide any Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products Software and Application Services support, error correction, bug solution, modification, design or etc, made or developed by company
  6. If payment is not clear on time then all services of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services and all the concern are immediately stop proceed for project cancellation. In this case no any payment refund.
  7. Invoice generates at the time of 100% payment clearance and it will send to your email id.
  8. All services, License, Product, Modification, design, error correction is paid or prepaid by customer to company.
  9. Web Decodes Technology Has reserved the rights to change the terms & conditions, prices & charges (T.A. Services etc.) at any time without any prior notice. 10) In case of payment done by Cheque, fund transfer, bank deposit, etc., client must ensure to inform to company and received cash receipt from company by customer (subject to realization).
  10. If domain is purchased by client he/she should be liable for the expiry.

  18. The Discounts are only valid with the first year costing. Renewal won't be affected by the discounts it will be calculated on the main price.

  1. Only 30 days SMS delivery report can be provided against your request.
  2. SMS credit will count on the basis of submission.
  3. If SMS submitted once, no credit will be refunded.
